Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register and the squarespace card transaction system.

Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring the accuracy of all financial exchanges.

Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly

Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed

Prepare and cook various menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and on the line

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods

Assist in Inventory management and report any shortages to the kitchen manager

Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Operate the grill to prepare and cook a variety of meats, vegetables, and other items according to restaurant standards

Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked properly

Maintain cleanliness of the grill area and adhere to food safety guidelines

Work closely with other kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service

Assist in training new kitchen staff on grill operations and safety procedures.
